TelegramBotAPI v0.27.3 Release Notes

    • TelegramBotAPI:
      • UpdateDeserializationStrategy is publicly available now
      • All setWebhook extensions was marked as deprecated, renamed and replaced into TelegramBotAPI-extensions-utils
